The first recipe is “Nappa Cabbage Soup with Dried Shiitake Mushrooms.” This recipe uses dried shiitake mushrooms as “dashi”, Japanese soup stock. Since it’s winter in some countries, it is a great time for tasting nappa cabbage. Try it and enjoy!
