Paris Michelin Guide and “World Best 50’s Restaurants Asia” had been announced recently. Mr. Okuda of Ginza Kojyu, the three-star restaurant in Japan, opened “OKUDA” in Paris and it received a star as well! Congratulations!
Since the opening of “OKUDA” in Paris, our dried shiitake mushrooms have been served here.
